3. Is your sword sharp?

Yes. By default, all swords are "functionally sharp" swords except for training swords. For example, this means that they are sharp enough to cut bamboo or tomatoes-not what you think, but just let you know the sharpness! They are not super sharp, so they cannot cut very hard objects such as bones or metals. This is for security reasons. We strongly recommend that you receive professional training on proper sword handling techniques before attempting any form of cutting. When placing an order for free, you can choose whether the sword is sharp.

4. How long does it take for the product I ordered?

Normally, it takes about 7-14 days. This period depends on your shipping address and the place of order. In some cases, bad weather and the peak before Christmas may delay the delivery time by about 1-2 weeks. When your sword leaves the factory, we will provide a tracking number, which you can track at the Ups and the National Post Office.

5. What if I receive the package and the item is damaged?

We only sell new products. We do not sell second-hand products. Therefore, if you receive a damaged item, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

6. How much does it cost to ship to my address?

Free Shipping to USA by SF express. to CANADA and Australia is by UPS shipping.

7. Can your name be engraved on your sword?

Yes, we can engrave letters on the blade or habaki. They can be Roman letters, Chinese, Korean or Japanese characters. If you can send us pictures, you can use other characters.

8. What if I received the wrong product?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our service within 72 hours after receiving the product, and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

9. What if you have shipped my package but have not received it?

When you report a lost package to us, we will contact the shipping company and ask them to use the tracking number to track the package. If they are sure that they cannot find the packaging, please contact us and we will send your order to you again. If they track the package and find that the package has been sent to your address, they will ask the driver to contact you and tell you where the package was when it was sent.

12. Refund, repair and replacement policy

Answer:-General instructions for returning defective goods Before returning, please contact us to discuss your problems. Experience tells us that more than 90% of the cases can be solved through our technical support without returning anything. If we believe that the product is indeed defective, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to return these items. Items returned without RMA will not be processed. If the faulty product you have is not directly from our website, you need to contact the supplier who sold you the product. We cannot provide any technical or software support. Generally, we recommend that you return defective goods through the post office instead of using courier companies such as DHL, UPS and TNT. The post office will take 2 weeks to return the goods to us.

(1) A full refund of the returned product If the product with quality problem is notified within 7 days (from the date of receipt of the product), it can be returned and refunded. The customer needs to return the product to us first, and when we receive the product, we will refund it in full.
